Good morning!

It's a beautiful Sunday morning in the Yukon.  It snowed last night, my car is covered!!!

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know I've been thinking about it for days but this morning decided I could commit to a year of finishes, one month at a time.  You can read about this group HERE at Sew Bitter Sweet Designs or HERE at Fiber of All Sorts.

I came to the conclusion that if I'm going to start something new every month, I should work on a goal of finishing a UFO or slightly older project every month as well.  Keep that sewing karma going.

So January's goal is nearly finished, hope that works that I already have a nearly completed UFO...but I've discussed it in previous posts...Bailey's quilt.  Which as you know started as random D9P blocks that I no longer liked.

I picked up some fabric off the clearance table at the shop yesterday to make a binding.  I know, I know, I could have used something I have but I didn't have anything in that colour scheme.  LOL...I must be really particular about my quilts if I'm concerned about what colour binding I'm using!!!

Anyway, I'll be back with more details, just wanted to get this commitment down in writing before I wander off!!!
